Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is excited to announce our newest location opening in Hudson, Wisconsin!
New Farrell’s franchise owners Jim and Christine Barnes will be opening their first Farrell’s location in spring 2018.
Christine began her Farrell’s fitness journey in January 2015.
I loved the Farrell’s program. The kickboxing and strength training was what I was looking for, and what I loved to do. The nutrition and coaching piece is what I had been missing in all my other gym experiences. As time went on, I knew I wanted to take my experience to the next level and step out of my comfort zone – so I became an instructor. I found I loved to teach good technique and encourage people to challenge themselves and push themselves a little more than they thought they could. The best part is watching them transform their lives, health-wise, in their self-confidence, and self-esteem.
Taking the next step to franchise ownership was an easy one for us. First, the Farrell’s program is so tremendous and superior to others that being a part of such an organization is absolutely thrilling to us. The fact that we will be able to offer others the same experiences that we had in transforming our lives for the better is exhilarating.
Jim began his fitness journey with Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping in January 2016.
I joined my wife, Christine, at the Farrell’s Stillwater location after she had great success the year prior. We also had friends who won the 10-Week Challenge - one at the Farrell’s Woodbury location and one at Farrell’s Stillwater location. At Farrell’s, just describing the program doesn’t do it much justice. One must experience it in-person to get the whole picture. That’s exactly what happened to me. While Christine was out doing her thing at Farrell’s I was at home doing my thing watching fitness DVDs. She was getting great results and I was just getting frustrated (and injured). I finally took her advice and joined Farrell’s. At first I participated in Friends and Family workouts, but that was all it took. I was hooked! I was runner-up in my 10-Week Challenge and it felt great. One session later I volunteered to coach a group of new 10-week members and I had a great time. I coached the following session as well and then signed on to become an instructor. I feel that instructing classes has opened up a “new me” and I’m excited to help our members on their Farrell’s Journey.
Jim and Christine will be opening their Hudson, Wisconsin, location this spring. Keep up-to-date on their opening by following them on Facebook.
