Farrell's Hudson is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has instructed our members about the significance of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much opposing information out there. We make eating the right foods easy. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel satisfied because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to meet your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only wholesome food can provide.

We individualize your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel restricted. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to answer questions and give you guidance. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on track. Plus, you can always discover tasty ideas and new recipes to keep you content in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at all meals. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and expertise on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be whole without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or vary them to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals every day for an entire week, while others like to make substitutions. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
